Hi everybody! I’m so excited to finally announce the release of my Weight Loss Plan.
Everything and anything that I did to lose the weight is listed in this plan. When I started writing it,I thought I would be done within a couple of days but I soon realized that it would take longer.
I have tried to include every detail in it so that every aspect is covered. It has a section on diet, exercise and motivation. When I started on this plan,I pretty much did everthing there except for the strength exercises, depite knowing the importance of it. I was intimidated by it because I didn’t feel strong enough.
It has only been two months since I incorporated strength training into my workout and it has done wonders for me. It is giving definition to my body, not to mention feeling stronger and I regret not having done it from the beginning.
The diet in the plan is quite flexible in the sense that you don’t have to go looking for special food. Even your existing diet can be modified to suit the plan so it doesn’t really feel that you’re giving up on food. Unhealthy foods such as fast food and restaurant lunches/dinners have to be relegated to that one treat-day a week.
The only tough part of the plan I would say is the exercising where you need to push yourself. Use the motivation plan to generate the daily enthusiasm that you would be needing in abundance and just remember to take it one day at a time !

hi shamala,
thank you for sharing with us your weight loss plan!
Your plan is also similar to mine, which I had followed for the past 3 years and I managed to lose 38kgs over these years. I am planning to lose another 20kgs to reach the optimum BMI. I hope to do it by the end of this new year as I would like to get over this weight loss 'era'of my life as soon as possible as it has been a stumbling block some of the other things that I wish to do. Of course,I will still contnue to maintain my weight after that.

May I also add in your plan that jumping rope is a form of cardio as well? It's something that I have recently began to do.
