This Weight Loss Plan encompasses every single rule that I followed to lose more than 20 kgs.  The exercises and diet are only meant to be guidelines and you can adjust this plan to suit your lifestyle as long as it leads you to losing weight the right way.

Weight loss is one of the hardest things anyone can attempt because you are only answerable to yourself.  This Weight Loss Plan will help you reap the rewards when you make the decisions and put in the actions.

Losing weight has changed my life tremendously and I hope it will do the same for you.

On The Diet Plan

A good diet plan is one that includes all food groups (carbs,protein,veg,dairy,oil) so that our body gets all the nutrients it needs.  Home-cooked meals are preferred but outside food is also allowed if you make sure they are in-line with the diet plan.

Eating is very personal,and our taste buds need time adjusting.  So give the diet plan a chance and there will come a point when you will not like to eat any other way.

On The Exercise Plan

The exercise plan is simple yet effective.  All recommended exercises can be done from the comfort of your home and once you understand the concept,you can branch out and design your own exercise routines.

I am providing 2 different routines for you to choose from.  Both routines incorporate cardio and strength exercises but in different ways.  Strength training can be intimidating but it’s just a mindset.  When I began exercising,I did mostly cardio but ever since starting strength training seriously,the benefits have been amazing.

For either routine to be successful,you must continually push your intensity level ! (in other words,they cannot be a walk in the park)

On Staying Motivated

Movitation and determination are the keys to staying the course and reaching the finish line.  Having been through the weight loss journey I can say that motivation is as important as the exercise and the diet.

The excitement that is generated prior to starting a weight loss plan can sometimes waver down the road.  Learning how to stay motivated will help you avoid such pitfalls and ensure that you stay strong.

A Last Word

Believing in one-self is the first step in your Weight Loss Plan.  When we believe it in our minds,we achieve.  Your journey might seem endless but as you chip away at it one day at a time,the results will come.  So don’t give up and remember that every fall (lapse) will only make you stronger.
