Being a person who works out indoors,I’m constantly on the lookout for new videos.  I’ve somewhat resigned to the fact that strength and circuit training are slightly on the boring side.  I mean how many different ways can you do a bicep curl to make it more exciting.

It is the cardio section that gives me the buzz.  My collection ranges from aerobics to belly dancing to kickboxing.  Even have a collection for circuit trainings.

To be honest I haven’t attempted half the vidoes but I always like expanding my collection.  I get a kick out of looking at my collection when choosing the cardio of the day.

Lately I’ve had a dry spell in this area.  It’s been 2 months since I found anything new but today I realised that we have a goldmine right under our noses.

I’m talking about the Tamil movie dance numbers.  I was watching some TV earlier and was enjoying a program telecasting all the latest Tamil song videos.  The dance steps were really challenging and it got me wondering how fit those actors really had to be to make the routines seems so effortless.

I decided then and there that I had to make a collection of those dance numbers.  They are fun and energetic and the moments where the hero romances the heroines could be like an interval training.

Those of you who are not fans of Tamil songs could give Bollywood a try or if you’re brave enough MTV videos,although I personally feel that Tamil songs are ideal as cardio workouts.
