My New Muscles Feel GoodMy New Muscles Feel Good

I’ve revealed in one of my previous posts that I’ve never been a particularly strong person since I was a little kid.  It must have been partly genetic I suppose because my friends always seem to be stronger.  They fared better in sports and all other physical activities.

I’ve also written about how much I struggled with the simplest of exercises in the beginning and how my strength has grown gradually over the past one and a half years and now I have new development to report.

A few days ago I started noticing the appearance of muscle on the front of my thighs.  Okay, most people would not call this a development because they have naturally been having muscles all their lives thanks to their genes.

But for me,a person who has never felt her thigh muscles before,it is development.  Since then,I’ve been doing nothing except admire my new muscles.  Their appearance is very slight but yet they have given a definition to my thighs that wasn’t there before.

I can also compare them to the fatty parts.  The muscle part doesn’t jiggle or hang the way the fatty parts do and neither are they soft.  They feel hard and they feel good.

I love my new muscles.  They have given me added strength and definition.  I have decided to do more strength based exercises such as circuit training.  I have developed my own routine to suit my knee problem and have done 2 sessions so far.

I’ve also promised to push myself to the max during every strength workout and the reason for it is,I can’t wait for my body to become a muscle machine!

do you think girls will look pretty with muscles? I hope you dont turn into a hulk, the green creature.

  • OMG Kamala! Girls look sexy with a little bit of muscles these days. I'm sure Shamala won't end up turning into hulk because that would mean she would have to go on steroids, for the rest of her life. And she would need to be near a radioactive explosian as well. So i think its safe to say she won't become that green creature.

    Kudos to u Shamala!

  • Thanks Uma…phew !

Yes,since I'm not involved in an experimental gamma bomb for the U.S. Defense Department at a nuclear research facility in New Mexico, there's no chance of accidentally being hit by the bomb blast. Nope…nothing to worry about, won't be turning into hulk, the green creature, any time soon.

And girls with a little bit of muscle are definitely sexy !!!
