Weight loss has been a passion of mine since I was a teenager. Yet,with all the facts,the weight piled on over the years.

Everytime I successfully lost weight,it sneaked back on in months,simply because I didn’t fully understand the concept of weight loss.

My eye-opener were the photos where I weighed 80kgs. I knew then that I had let things go too far. A change had to happen and this time it had to be permanent.

My goal is to be super fit and have the best body I can. Having lost over 20kgs and still going strong,I’m confident that I will be publishing a new set of pictures showing off a sculpted body.

I believe in ‘helping yourself by helping others’and invite you to share this journey of weight loss with me. It’s never too late to start fresh!

The Plan

Weight loss isn’t rocket science but it isn’t a piece of cake either. A willingness to change is the first vital step. So people,jump onto my bandwagon today !

  • Understand the science behind the Weight Loss Plan. My job is to bring you this information in my posts,in an easy to understand package. Having the right knowledge helps us make better choices everyday in overcoming obesity.
